My I-140 was cleared on Nov 22. Without knowing about the I-140 approval, on the same day, I asked my attorney's office to enquire about my I-140/I-485 ( concurrent ). On Nov 23, I receieved emails for I-140 approval, I-485 RFE. No change in LUD for my spouse's I-485. I am curious to know...

Not true. My case was converse. I applied under EB2 and a bunch of collegues under EB3 got approved upto 3-4 weeks earlier than mine even though they had later Notice dates ( about 1 week later than mine ).
