FP done on 06/30/2004 My labor PD is 11/29/2001 and AD is 02/28/2004. Immediately after filing concurrent I140/I485, i did early FP on 06/30/2004. Probably my 2nd EAD/AP might have triggered I140 approval, especially NSC decided to scrap concurrent processing one month back.

Hi All, My I-140 got approved two days back and here are my details. I140/I485/EAD1/AP1 PD - June 1,2004 EAD1/AP1 AD - First week of August I485 LUD change - Dec 18,2005 due to change of address EAD2/AP2 PD - Mar 31,2005 I140 AD - Apr 05,2005 I485 :(

As per my lawyer's comment, concurrent processing should be fast. But you know, anything can happen and let's hope for the best.
