Does the timeline for 1-612 apply to Non-Hardship Waivers, any suggestion pls!!!
My J1 waiver application was approved from Conrad 30 program in (November 2005), then got approval form DOS in (December 2005) and I got reciept notice for I-612 from Vermont service Center in (January 2006) but since then no response from them for 7 months now...The timeline on CIS website says...- drjavi

I-612 pending for 7 months....
Is any body has this kind of experience that few days before my lawyer got fax from CIS that my H1 visa which was filed on regular basis, is got premium processed??? Moreover, I am also waiting for I-612 approval for 7 months at vermont center...and H1 people are asking for that...anybody else...- drjavi

H1 visa got premium processed automatically?
