Once you arrive UAE the immigration officer will stamp enter on your NP. On exit you will show your RTD to Emirates Airlines to satisfy them stating that you dont need a visa for the US and then proceed to the Immigration Officer and present your NP that will be stamped exit on the same page...

I am in the same situation as well, got my FP notice two weeks after filing for RTD. Its been two weeks since I did my FP and my status still shows in acceptance. Hopefully should have something by the end of this month. Ed

I dont think there will be an issue with your pending I-485, but you might get in trouble with the IRS if you dont file taxes for the other state that you lived or worked in. File your taxes with IRS for the other state before the IRS catches up to you. Ed

When I applied for my I-485 i didn't submit the I-693. Only once it was requested by DHS it went ahead and did the medical. As for date it will be the initial date if I am not mistaken. Ed
