You do hold a passport from a country that has a high rate of fraud and over-staying. Seeing that you do not have permanent resident status in Canada, your chances are around 50% in my opinion. Apply for a visit visa and see what happens. Best of luck.
Nothing. She absolutely needs nothing from you. She just needs to carry documents that prove strong social and financial ties to her country of residence.
The applicant needs some sort of financial documents to prove that he will be able to support himself during the trip, whether his employer is paying for all his expenses or the applicant himself is financing this trip.
Some "in lieu of birth certificate" document will be needed for sure, at least for her GC process. I cannot comment about what the Indian passport authorities will need in order to correct her passport date of birth.
