There is no time limit on when your oath letter can arrive, like other people have said the case must be adjudicated within 120 days but that doesn't necessarily meant that the letter has to immediately follow.

There have been arrests and suspensions from schools made from evidence found on facebook. I guess it's only logical that the USCIS would eventually make the leap as well.
I don't think you'll need the passport, like sanjo said be prepared for anything though. You never know what sort of obscure rule or regulation the USCIS might have up its sleeve.

The timing of oath letters always seems to come up. Be patient, bureaucracy is the most notoriously unpredictable machine ever invented, it will arrive eventually.

I've heard of a lot cases where there were either delays or some discrepancies about when the oath letter is received. I wouldn't worry about it, be patient and it will arrive.

I imagine that unless there are numerous incidents with the police, hard evidence would be almost impossible. Otherwise they would have to be filmed over a period of time or have many people willing to testify to that effect.
Sounds to me like you are perfectly fine, sometimes things are a little different district to district don't worry about it your oath letter will come.
I don't see why you would need to hold a similar job, as long as you are supporting yourself and your dependents in a legal way I can't imagine why there would be a problem.
If his allegations are fraudulent then you shouldn't have anything to worry about with your own GC status, your own personal safety is another matter. You should contact authorities with any proof you have of these threats and make sure they understand the seriousness of the situation.
