So assuming those 3 qualifications are met for the kid, isn't he now officially a citizen? In case anyone's wondering about the difference between N600 and N400, I found this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080103195808AAAJrZJ. Best of luck and god bless!
I don't have personal experience with this topic, but I found a similar conversation that has occurred elsewhere. Hope this helps, and god bless. http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/taxes/b1-status-changed-j1-visa-filing-tax-non-resident-vs-resident-179609.html
Here are some resources (similar discussion) I found that may help you on your search: http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i140/503280449/need-sample-cover-letter-for-eb1-ea You cover letter is important - I would recommend revising in a couple of days after you've written your "final"...
Congratulations!
It seems like you're really on top of your stuff and can follow instructions well. An outline of the letter will definitely help. Do you happen to know what typical percentage of people with your qualifications make this cut?
They want to know a little bit more
It sounds like they just want to know a little bit more about your position in the US. The non-US branch of your company should be able to verify whatever information you provide to them, so you should be OK.
It sounds to me like your interviewer did not ask for the appropriate materials, and therefore the USCIS did not have what they needed, possibly at no fault of yours. When your app go higher up, they looked at it and saw that these items were not present, and gave you the explanation that they...

Sorry poster, looks like you might be out of luck when it comes to your parent on the H4. I found additional resources that may help though - I hope they do: http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/visacategory/h4_visa_requirements.htm
Have to say, driving into Canada is absolutely your best bet vs flying. When you fly, you have no attachments/assets, so they think you're more likely to stay indefinitely. When you drive in, they don't always ask you very many questions or give you a hard time. I'm a USC and I've gone both...

I don't have personal experience with the L1B visa, but I came across a similar discussion that is taking place elsewhere. Hope it helps: http://www.expatforum.com/expats/america-expat-forum-expats-living-america/10639-l1-visa-expired-but-i-94-valid-can-i-stay-us-legally.html
I do not have personal experience with TVU, but in this case I would go by the age-old advice that if an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Judging by the quality of the website alone, I think the USCIS is going to find this sketchy. Other forum members may look here to see the...
Unfortunately you can't get a K visa with a same sex marriage. We can only hope that the country will move forward and change this. Until then, you'll prob be best off following Anderson24's advice.
There is a similar discussion occurring on another forum I thought might tangentially help: http://www.laborlawtalk.com/archive/index.php/t-53296.html. Best of luck.
I have not dealth a great deal with OPT issues, but I found this info packet from the USCIS - I hope it has some helpful info for you. http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/OPT_FAQ_4apr08.pdf
