Don't panic This is a standard disclaimer since most of the govt. agencies share your information with other agencies. Some even sell it to private companies and there is no law to stop them.

It may be OK to get a future employment letter from any company. But it could be a problem if they ask for current paystubs. I think right now you should use all your resources to find a job. If you get a RFE for paystubs while you are unemployed, you should consult a good attorney as this...
