1. Can we travel while h4 to h1 (or should i say new H1) pending or after apporival? 2. Assume that H1 is appoved(effective as of Oct 1) on 25th April and we left India on 26th April, came back on H4 in May. Is that OK? 3. Priority Date: June 2004 - EB3 Labor cleared in May 2005 I-140 cleared in Feb 2006 7th Year extn will be expiring in April 2007 I am having lot of trouble with my current employer and planning to go with a new employer.
