Try to get there as early as possible. I got there around 5:30 and was done around 10:30. I saw 90 people ahead of me even at that time of the morning.
If she stayed in the US legally (in status) the first year, then it won’t matter if she is out of status now. She can still apply for PR in Canada. If her stay was less than a year before she lost her status, then it could be a problem.

I see from your posting that you did your medical less than a month after receiving the request. How come? I thought that you had to wait six months. Did this cause any problem? Is it okay to do the medical with in a month even though they ask to wait for 6 months? I would appreciate...
