    Have you heard any case got denial because changing job within 180 days?

    Do you know any case or hear about any case get denial by INS because he failed to stay over 180 days with the sponsoring company? What about he got laid off by the company or the company simply closed? Can he appeal? Please share your opinion. Thank you.
