I am not sure about this since I never had to use WES. Your credentials used for Canadian PR could be different than this time - since this is for US educational equivalency. Just my thoughts!

If your degree is from outside US/Canada, look into getting it evaluated first (US degree equivalency). For TN, you can go to any POE (land border) or PFI (any airport where they have US immigration).

Your TN letter is different than your offer letter. The most important things your TN letter should have is your (TN) Job Title - which is different than your company/internal job title and your job duties (that must be related to your educational qualification - i.e. degree). You can google TN...

It depends on why you were denied. If the denial was only due to " suspected being a manager instead of consultant", you should be ok - since you are not seeking TN status anymore. Good luck!

You do need a TN letter (which is separate than the offer letter) that describes your job responsibilities and the (related) job title.

You might have come across a "character" / newbie officer! My TN letter was also the same as yours and was accepted without any issue.

You will not need TN if you live and work from Canada. TN is required only to work in the US. You might want to think of getting paid on 1099 - which will be more efficient. That way, you will contribute to CPP/Canadian taxes instead of paying US taxes and SS.
