    Ms.A, Sorry to hear that. But do not give up may be they will approved you once you sent them the request they ask off for...I feel your pain. For me I still did not hear from them. My case been pending from June 2013 as NY asylum office... I don't know what to do

    Ms.A, Do u hear anything from Rosedale New York asylum office as at yet? Anyway on my end I don't hear anything I am making an in person enquiry Wednesday. I am tired of of waiting. I have been waiting from July which was my interviewed month. And I sent in my application from June!!!!

    MsA - I think you will be approved once you were able to pin-point all of their concern with the rebuttal that u sent. So hope high and hang in there!Again even if they denied it, you can always reapply and you don't have to worry much about the 1 year death line. All u have say is that u did...

    I came here with F1 but I am out of status. But u are at least did hear back from them. Me I never hear back from them. Only case still pending for background checks and identity. Is killing me and I did my interview before you did yours

    No -I do not hired any lawyer. I did everything by myself. When u made a post that the AO who interview is being moved,I had to go the Rosedale office to inquire about my case. Because I was so sacred that we may be have been interview by the same officer.
