What do you mean by "my account doesn't show any LUD"? If you are not able to see any LUD, it should be when you first log in before you click on your case number. You should see it under the column that say "Last Updated mm/dd/yyyy"

I also live in Virginia and I got my medical exam for $100 too. I didn't need any vaccines because I had proof, but like the other poster said you can get the vaccines cheaper at your county health departement. Keep on calling. You can shop around. Where do you live?
