In which part of the process were you asked to prove that your son was in danger remaining in COP? Was it when you applied for I-730?

I am not sure if there are different ways to find out about it, but for me the IO I talked to during my Infopass appointment told me that all my background checks including name check is back and clear. Maybe you can make an infopass and try to find out that way?
