pralay, I agree with skjun02. A case cannot be "Adjudication ready" without having anything to validate against. The basis for this validation is to have a valid FP and a name check that passes security check. Only then the case would be sent to an IIO. THis process is logical and makes sense...

Just my opinion... Looks like some idiot programmer has hardcoded the string " On July 9 2003 .... " in the database upload (ETL) program. So do not read much into the date value. If it was true then your FPs would have been valid and you would not have recd 2nd FP notices... ;)...
