I'd also add that her father can't just relinquish his responsibility to be his daughter's sponsor under the affidavit of support now that she already has her green card. I'm not sure if your gf's father can still withdraw his support for your gf's sisters before they enter the US and maybe...
Your gf already has her green card and the petition has already been approved. There are no grounds for her to be deported just because things become sour between her and her father. If there's anything your gf needs to know is that she can be refused admission to the US as a public charge. I...
Based on the information you have given, I don't see a ground for deportation so deportation is the least of her concerns. Your gf is not required to live under his roof if that is what you are concerned about especially that she is already emancipated. I agree with others that it is more a...
There's an option to speak to a customer service rep to report correspondence that you did not receive. I believe the option is available after checking your case status by phone. Just press the appropriate button to report that you have not received a letter and it has been over 30 days. You...

The sticky at http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?288288-Documents-needed-for-Naturalization is very helpful reading regarding the documents you need. If it helps, a cover letter is not necessary.
WBH, please re-read my post. Where do I even mention "ignorance of the law"? I said OP is safe if his failure to file an AR-11 is not knowing and willful. Willful means deliberate or on purpose or intentional and not just merely negligent.
Therefore, if it was not on purpose, there is no...
The failure to file an AR-11 is not a strict liability offense. It still requires scienter. For knowing and wilfull to be met, OP would have failed to file willfully despite knowing about the requirement to do so. That's not the case here right?
