You don't have to wait. You can go to the local finger-printing office on any working day (Check the office hours). Get there early. They will have a queue. People with appointments get priority. Others will still be allowed.
I have not done a fax enquiry till now. I am going to talk my Attorney about that.
Should we talk to a UCIS customer rep? Would they give any new information?
