I-140 RD on I-140 Oct 2003 REF sent Aug-2004 REF was request of w2 forms and ability to pay. the surprising thing is that 2 employees from same company got I-140 approval last month. there is no issue with educational document. Its all related to company financial. any advise guys?

LUD changed LUD for my 140 and 485 has chaned couple of times. seems like some KID at CIS got power to keep pressing LUD button and he is fooling all of us. this sucks you know :-( 485/140 - RD Oct 2003

LUD changed 3 times after REF sent CSC received REF document (w2 forms) on 12th Oct. since then 3 times LUD has changed. Ist time the message was a acknowledge of REF document received but after that the message is same but LUD changed 3 times. even today its changed. whats does this mean ???

what was ur REF about ? what was requested by CIS in your REF. it may depend on what kind of request made by CIS in REF

same message on my case guys, i have the same message on my I-140. There was an REF (request for w2 forms) which UCSIS have received but i want to know how much time they may take. i hope they will not take another 1 year ?????? any one whose case is approved after REF sent ???

REF information Guys, just to let you know that my REF was a request of last 3 years w2 forms which i have already sent to my lawyer. so all who are still waiting for I-140, please don't loose your w2 forms

called 800 no guys, i called 800 no and the lady checked the system and date are same what we see in bcis website. she said its not a mistake. ?????? don't know what is right .. what is wrong :-)))

how do u find the list hi, how and from where u get this list. My 140 was filed in oct 03 and still pending. FP done long back
