Whether you want to spend money or not, the attorney wants to make some by filing H1B extension as well as EAD. ..that is how my employer works (whatever Attorney says; do not care as long as I get them)

Congrats. You said you recieved FBI name check Success mail. you mean you got the reply back from them or the status of the name check was success

Nov 2003 filer Mine is Nov 2003 case. Got confirmation from FBI that name check process was completed by April 21,2005 (which was intiated by USCIS on Dec 3rd 2003.) Have to wait till May 29th to intiate another inquiry) :mad:

Got response from fbi Requested the status of my name check in Nov and Dec 2004.FBI responded back on April 21,2005 that the process had been complete and sent the results to USCIS. It took a while for them to process.But still waiting

Have to wait till March '29 Called USCIS customer service today to find out that I can't initiate another status inquery till May '29 as 60 days crap has not passed yet. :mad:
