My case is transferred from VSC to TSC and the LUD is 03/09, I also received letter from USCIS stating that the case is transferred on 03/01.

I recieved a status enquiry letter for my wife's case stating the case is pending due to "Visa availability" :rolleyes: . I am assuming that it has something to do with the PD. :confused:

Can you post your details, how did you apply AP based on pending I485?????

It could be that your PD didn't reach the current processing PDs which is April 2002 for Employment based GCs [EB3 only] and this applies to the nationals from India, China & Philippines only. What is your Priority Date? Checkout this URL for the current PDs info -->...

I don't think it makes any difference where you had the FPs...all I can say is its because of the word "RETROGRESS" that we are still here in this forum.
