Never having worked for the sponsor is a definite red flag -- there's a good chance that they transferred your case so they can look into this in more detail. Thanks for the I-140 AD -- I updated the tracker with that. Good luck! ETA

When was your I-140 approved (so I can updated the tracker)? Transfers can occur for a variety of reasons, or there may be no specific reason (just a random transfer). Possible reasons could include: +they want to verify your marriage situation +you aren't working for the sponsor...

There are tons of threads on LUD changes in the I-485 forum (http://boards.immigration.com/forumdisplay.php?f=96). LUD changes with no change in the status message probably indicates some activity on your case but it's not clear that this means that any action is imminent -- it could be 1 day...

I suppose we could have added columns for tracking RFE's but I'm not sure how useful this would be, especially at this point. The current approach of simply flagging the I-140 / I-485 column or adding a comment does at least let people see if a case has an RFE... The main goal for the tracker...

Mine too :). Do you happen to know your Priority Date? In case you don't know, this is the date your labor was filed and it might be shown on some of your receipt notices (mine was on my EAD receipt notice, some people have it on their I-140 receipt notice). ETA
