Yup -- pretty slow so far compared to last Tuesday. Yesterday had quite a bit of activity (9 updates on rupnet, maybe 5 approvals here) which was unusual.
Based on last week, I was hoping we might get 20 approvals in the 2003 tracker this week which would be about 4.5% of all cases (so far...

For 9/29/03 there are only 3 approvals, so it seems quite possible / reasonable that 9/28/03 wouldn't have any yet, especially if you're looking at a small sample.
Again, give it another month at least, and even then, I'll bet that we'll only see about 20% of cases approved...

I'm not sure about that exact date but there are *tons* of people from Sep 2003 who are still waiting. The VSC has *just* started processing Aug/Sep 2003 cases in earnest -- give it another month or so at least...

Assuming you are the primary, spouse might get RFE's for things like birth certificate, medicals etc. as far as I know -- there's probably more info on this in the I-485 forum.
