For 9/29/03 there are only 3 approvals, so it seems quite possible / reasonable that 9/28/03 wouldn't have any yet, especially if you're looking at a small sample. Again, give it another month at least, and even then, I'll bet that we'll only see about 20% of cases approved... ETA

I'm not sure about that exact date but there are *tons* of people from Sep 2003 who are still waiting. The VSC has *just* started processing Aug/Sep 2003 cases in earnest -- give it another month or so at least... ETA

What is your ND? Assuming you are the primary, spouse might get RFE's for things like birth certificate, medicals etc. as far as I know -- there's probably more info on this in the I-485 forum. ETA
