Update the tracker!
MDWatch and mvinays,
My labor certification has been approved!
June 22, 2006.
Thank you for carrying on with the tracker. While my search for a new employer was fruitful it turns out I may just stick around with the old until it is all said and done.
Thank you...
Finally...my time has come
It all started with a meeting scheduled for September 14, 2001 when my company was going to decide whether they would sponsor my green card or not.
Well, our offices were in the World Financial Center - across the street from the World Trade Center. We all know...

Congratulations!
I hope you are right, my 45-day letter was replied to 2 days after yours.
I actually estimated that I would receive my approval this Saturday (I know, I know, my predictions were not always very accurate - but at least they give you something to shoot for).
Good luck in...

Reinstated
Hello all,
Today I was notified my attorney that they have received both official notification of my case's reinstatement and the 45 day letter.
My case was closed in February. Attoneys immediately sent a letter stating that the case had been closed in error.
Since then they...
1) Sure.
2) You can apply for H-1B now. Your start date can not be more than 6 months away.
PERM LC and H-1B have nothing to do with each other - in your case.
3) Yes, you can apply for I-140/I-485 after your H-1B is approved if you are not from a retrogressed country.
Update
Hi guys,
As some of you know my case was closed. Attorneys received notice of closure in February.
Today my attorney informed me that my case has been submitted for reinstatement and that it will take 6 -10 weeks to receive a formal notice.
I will post an update when I hear more.
Update
I received an e-mail from my attorney letting me know that the PBPC has submitted my case for reinstatement. According to the PBPC it will take 6 to 10 weeks to receive a formal notice of reinstatement.
I assume a new 45-day letter will follow. I will update the forum when I know more.
I think I found it...
Well,
I think I found the content of the famous AILA posting:

The memo states that a 1 year extension should be approved if the labor certification has been pending for more than...
As you may know my case was also closed. Attorney said shortest time they have experienced to reopen case was 2 1/2 months. The longest timeframe I have seen in the forum is 6 months.
Hello all,
As I have started looking at this thread. There isn't a whole lot of accumulation of knowledge. To nobody's fault. I think people are in and out so quick that there isn't as much as need as in other forums.
I would like to start this thread as an FAQ of sorts for Prevailing Wage...
