Do I need to send an "affidavit of support" /sponsor/I-131 documents duirng the AOS application? I went to infopass and IO said "no need this time and take it during the interview". I just want to know what did you do, did u send with the AOS packet?

i had a employment offer letter from a local pizza store that i took to my interview. but i am not able to send it to you. it i did not know private messages have character limit. and upload is not possible. anyways if you could provide with an email address i could send it to you.
however i am not sure if my letter is worth anything. during the interview io did not ask for it and it is not tested

Summet, I have been following this thread for some time. It appears my problem is similar to yours. I filed for AOS before my number was current and was denied. Do you know what my options are? Should I file a motion to reconsider or reopen the case? Under what circumstances are you making your new application? thanks, Damus

I don't know about the sealed transcript but I am thinking of sending a copy of my transcript because they just asked to send the copies and no original document. and if called for interview I will take all my original documents. u think thats good enough??
