I’ve talked to live agent and he said that green card waiting up to 3 years timeline. So if you’ve been waiting for 2.3 months you need still to wait

I think they slowed down dramatically but still some few cases getting approved.

The waiting period has increased to 21 months... it keeps getting longer... the issue is clear, and there's no explanation... even the mandamus isn't working... you should submit it after 21 months, or they'll fight you.

I tried contacted Congressman and USCIS service request, unfortunately both of them failed. Therefore, I filed mandamus last month and still waiting for response.

They are dismissing almost all mandamus
I have seen several now
It’s sad because I have filed mandamus myself so let see what happens

If you consider submitting Mandamus, the lawyer advice submit it after 21 months from the date of submitting your I 485 green card....otherwise they will fight or dismissed your request. this happened only last 6 months and now it's very clear. my advice is shoes the best lawyer...unfortunately I have experience with one very bad and his review is high, I am still waiting and for now nothing.

After my I485 interview in December 2021 my case was also sent to post asylum eligibility review, I hope I won't be in this situation, my asylum was approved in 1998 and I485 pending since 1999, but in my i485 interview after 23½ years my memory was not helpful because I never thought there will be a time in the USA when things will suddenly change because back in 90's lawyers told us to move on with your life or else you will end up with serious depression, I was told by my neurologist back in 2002 that the main reason for my migraines is because I was not getting over my past and told me how to do a self therapy of motivated forgetting. I had other neuro issues to the point I was in ER but the USCIS officer cared least of all that and continued "gotcha" for every inconsistency in my interview, I told her that I applied for Asylum in 1993 and these things happened around 30 years ago how can I have a perfection from my 1998 asylum interview when I was granted asylum.
