My I130 for F4 category approved and transferredt to National Visa Center

All cases are delayed first due to Covid and now under new admin. My bro Priority date is Sep 2009. No sign for any thing so far.
It’s also the quota vs queue. I can’t see the wait list report via Google, not sure if the new admin took it down, but last I looked f4 had something like 1.8m people in the queue and the quota is 65000 a year. It’s not an exact division because of the countries that are also subject to the overall quota of immigrant visas but you can some idea of why the wait is so long.

Sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to seek your advice regarding an issue I am experiencing with the NVC payment process.
A couple of weeks ago, I received my brother’s welcome letter and paid the AOS and IV fees for the F4 category through the NVC website. However, after submitting the payment, the status initially shows as "In Progress," but after a few days, it reverts back to "Pay Now." It has been almost two weeks, and the payment has not been deducted from my US checking account, nor has there been any update on the CEAC site.
Could you please advise on the best way to resolve this issue?

Good to know that the August Visa Bulletin jump 3 more months for Box B to January 1st 2009 from Sept8 2008, seems they are moving faster, However, anyone has any suggestion from above query, please advise,

Yes, I have email first and no response, then a week later on July 8th I have submitted the form with the receipt, and I have received the following from NVC yesterday:
Greetings,
The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.

How long should it take?
 
Hi @aryalsaroj - which browser did you use to make the payment and has the issue resolved for you?

I submitted payment using both Chrome & Edge but after clicking on make-payment it was stuck on "Submitting your payment, please wait..."
And now I can't pay because it's stuck in "In Process" state..

Here’s what happened in detail:

  • The first time I paid, I received a receipt but there was no Transaction ID, and the status didn’t change—no activity or funds withdrawn. I waited a week, then submitted the Inquiry Form. I received an acknowledgment and a review email, but haven’t had any further updates.
  • Yesterday, I tried again using Chrome. This time, the receipt included a Transaction ID and the status is now "In Process." I’m waiting the recommended 3 days to see if the payment goes through and the status updates.
To answer your questions:
  1. Did you receive a payment receipt by email?
    Yes, I received a receipt both times. The first receipt did not have a Transaction ID, but the second one did.
  2. What is the current status on the site?
    The status is "In Process" for my latest attempt. I plan to wait 3–4 days as suggested to see if there’s any update or if the payment is processed.
Check those and see what you get, and let me know if you have or if you’re experiencing something similar.
 
Thanks. I tried again and was able to get the payment receipt with status 'In Process' and amount got withdrawn from bank but still waiting for status to be updated.

Could you please provide your relatives' priority date and the country they are currently residing in? This information will help us determine the processing timeline for their case.

Priority date for my brothers are One is July and another August, also some of my sister-in laws are in line for November,
I just completed all Civil documents for November Priority Date,
