I-730 for the banned countries

Hi community,
I have filed i-730 and I got USCIS approval before the ban and still haven't got any interview, but I hear that people from the banned countries are not able to obtain us Visa once the ban started, do you know anyone who was able to successfully obtain visa after the ban?
I know several people that had interviews in Islamabad, PK that they received a rejection letter once they did the interview, any other positive experiences?

And what ban are you talking about? Like which countries?
