Heyy, my title is Business Intelligence Analyst. Currently on OPT going to TN. I have a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Canada. And a MSc in Applied Mathematics from USA. My job duties are: Building out Machine Learning models to push business key decisions, building reports on Power BI for C-Level Execs, building out statistical models to forecast sales, revenue, etc, i create data visualizations from complex data to help drive business needs.

My gut and research is pointing at applying under the Mathematician category since my bachelor/masters is related to the NAFTA category. Even my job duties are directly related to the Mathematician category. Or should I apply under the CSA Category because of my title as a BI Analyst? Or is it easier to say this is a internal job title in the support letter crafted by the lawyer.

The job title not being similar to a Mathematician is screwing with my nerves.

Go with the title and the job duties that are directly related to / match the NAFTA category. The TN letter should mention only the NAFTA title - the immigration authorities do not care about the "internal title" - it could go against you in case it is mentioned.

I brought Penguin @nelsona to some threads because I know he has the knowledge to help others and he says Bye-Bye to me in other threads.
There is no gratitude in this world. After 25 years of watching this forum, I know some experts here, and introducing an expert to a laymen for help gets me in trouble.
