Concurrent TN's renewing one of them expiring soon using I129 premium processing

Hello there,

I have two TNs for two employers. One is expiring in three months, and the other is expiring at the end of 2026.

When I look up my I94 number online it shows my most recent one ( the number corresponding to the employment expiring in 2026). I will be asking our company lawyer next week, but on the I129 form do I put my latest i-94 number, or the i94 number that I got for the employment that I am renewing (the one expiring in three months?). Also would the checkbox "Continuation of previously approved employment" be the checkbox to check?

I was told that you only have one i94 number which is the most recent one, but am worried that this I94 number wont tie to the correct employer that I am trying to extend employment for.

Thank you!

Anyone with multiple TNs must have multiple I-94s, as this is your proof of status and employment authorization, so if you heard that one has only one I-94, that is for tourists etc who are not working in US.

Since you are extending the one with employer A, you should submit a copy of the one that allows you to work for employer A.
Be sure the I-129 requests concurrent employment,

Interesting, i was told you only have one I94, and the latest supercedes the previous one. When i look online it shows my one for employer B that expires at the end of 2026.

So on form I129, i should put the i94 number specific for the employer that i am renewing for that expires in three months?

Also checking the I129 form it only has

"New concurrent Employment", im not sure if thats appropriate as its not a new employer.. would box B be more appropriate?

That would be fine.

And yes you do have two I-94s. You have to, if you have two sponsors.

You are not a tourist.

Thank you! My company offered to send me the documents and go to POE or renew i-129. Im about an hour away from POE. Do you think there is a preference in which I should tell them to proceed with?
