Will they deny entry if OCI had not been updated?

Hi, I was issued OCI 10 years ago at the age of 30, as was my non-Indian-origin wife, and my 1-year-old child who is now 8. We all have new passports, and I never updated the OCI with new photos and what not (the rules are a bit confusing to be honest). WIll they deny us entry if we travel on these? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Can someone also tell me what each of us as to do exactly?

Thank you.

https://www.cgisf.gov.in/page/oci-reissuance-clarification/ ought to help. The requirements for your non-Indian-origin wife are stricter than are the requirements for you and your child. Also, just as a precaution, I would recommend traveling with old and new passports. Random semi-official entities you encounter along the way may require a random subset of documents! Go figure!
