First time TN

Hi Everyone;

I have two questions:

First, should job title on TN letter the same as TN professional list? For example, I work as financial analyst for a company performing accounting duties, my TN letter should put "accountant" ? Or title doesn't matter, job description matters?

Second, this is my firs time TN application, if denied, can I go back to US immediately (in a day or two) as visitor if I have direct family members (kids), house in Canada.

The TN letter should specify the TN category, so that the officer can then look at your education credentials on that basis. Internal job titles mean nothing.

You *might* be allowed in as a visitor, however due to your recent rejection for TN, they will clearly need to know why you need to go back as a visitor, since you were planning be working in US two days before, not being a tourist. what reason would you give them for needing to visit US?
