    J1 Waiver and H1

    Hi!Can I file for H1 premium processing as soon as the DOS sends a favorable Conrad 30 waiver recommendation to USCIS and a receipt number is generated or do I have to wait for the waiver approval from USCIS before filing for H1? I would appreciate any information on this.

    Hi! I am waiting for my waiver to be approved by the DOS. Can anyone please give me some information on how much time it takes for DOS to review and approve the waiver? Is there any way to expedite the process? Thanks a bunch!
