I doubt that US Court will have jurisdiction over your divorce. You both are foreigners and most probably you have to go to your home country for divorce or to have lawyer to file it on your behalf. If you both were here you're under jurisdiction and could be divorced. Its just my insinuation...

I recall posts about second interview. They will ask if anything changed since may things may happen during 3 years. Exam you pass only once.

The best is to stay in your native country of cause. This doesn't applies to all countries.

That's funny, Dani. You got same PD as mine, looks like same N652 after interview, same 29 month of NC and same second FP notice withing a week of mine. Looks like our folders were collecting dust on a same shelf at FBI next to each other :D

I got same for today (Interview was done but no Oath so far) and it said in second part of form to disregard it is application was approved (your case). Just read it careful again.

They may keep the pace. My PD is Jan 2006, NC started Feb 1st 2006. I got second FP notice today and this may mean end of NC. Otherwise I see no reason for them to resurrect my APP.
