I think they take I-94 when they stamp your passport. My situation is that I got card already, so there is no need to stamp passport. What should I do with my I-94? Will they take them when I travel aboard?

I'm not sure if I'm under Newark ASC or not, although I'm located pretty close to it. I did my FP elsewhere. I just want to make sure everything is delivered properly. If I don't get anything by the end this week, I'm gonna call my attorney. Best luck to us all.

I haven't received anything yet. My question is if USCIS doesn't know my mailing address, how can they mail the card directly to me? It has to go to the lawyer first. Am I right? BTW, I got my FP notice from the attorney. Will update status promptly.

I checked my 485 form and found my address was filled out as the attorney's such as: c/o xxxxx LLC. So I assume the attorney will receive the card then. Anybody had similiar experience, please share. Thanks alot.

Congrats, I've noticed that 02/05 processing date had stuck for half a year. It's good to see it's actually processing OR. Thanks alot for sharing. Any LUD on your 485?

Anyone got I-140 approval for OR from VSC recently I've been watching for a while and haven't seen a single OR approval from VSC for almost half year. Are they still processing OR 140? LUD is clear a sign of movement. Please keep this thread updated with any news. Thanks and Best luck to all.

I haven't been any EB-1 OR approval from VSC for a while now. What's up with that? I-140 processing time for VSC hasn't changed for quite some time, unlike NIW which is going crazy? Anybody got their OR approvals recently?

I know the USCIS processing time is Feb 05, 2005. I saw a lot of March and April NIW filers got their 140s approved, some even 485s. What about OR? Anyone on the same boat?

Could you please provide some information about your case? Service center, PD, RD, FP etc? Many thanks.
