    d m v :confused: thankyou now it i file my 485 will it help to go to the uscis office as i drive truck.your drivers licence expires on the k3 date can they issue paper work to give to dmv so i can get the drivers licence date extened

    i am sending in ajustment of status but when i send in paperwork then my 194 will run out in about 2 weeks.i came here on a k3 visa.my i130 was approved but iam told i might have to go back to canada to geti130 .if i file ajustment of status does it matter if i94 runs out. help :confused:
