My Details are same as yours Chichu, I am in the same boat as you are and I am sure there are more cases like ours for Jan-140. I talked to my lawyer last week and he advised me to stay put till Jan end. If there is no response by that time than he will file an inquiry. Lets keep each other...

Luna, Thanks for your comments..Both the lawyers (my company & Client's) have advised me to go for another extension and not to work on EAD just in case if I-140 get denied...in that case I will be out of status... But in my case I have to leave my employer with in 30 days...and I can not...
