    No Title Yes I got my EAD before my case was transfered to Houston. Somtime in Dec 99 it was transfered to houston. No fingerprinting yet. For 485 Am I going to be in same queue like every body else? Thank

    I filed 485 of myself and wife based 140 Nation interest Waiver (on my own)at TSC but they transered my case to local Houston INS. I wondering why did they do it. And How long it is going to take. Can somebody please help me. Thanks a lot
