I have TN to expire on 06/30/09. My wife lost job (H1B1) and i immediately applied for change of status to TD (I539) on basis of TN to expire on 06/30/09. In the meantime I submitted for myself a TN extension (06/30/2010) which got approved but I797 not received yet - online status show...
