How to deal with I-94 expiration?
H1-B Extension or EAD will take care of it..... imho.....you\'ve got two options... 1) Extend your H1-B visa status by filing for H1 extension OR 2) get EAD...can maintain legal status on this even after I-94 expires. Cheers!- VSC_Sufferer

VSC is going towards 03/28/01 ND ?
My 2 cents.......This means VSC is lagging behind by 4 months......... Ideally VSC is supposed to process cases with ND 3/28/01 now, BUT, they are working on cases with ND 11/15/00. (Also an observation, 9/28/01 - 3/28/01 = 6 months. Any thoughts on this) Regards- VSC_Sufferer
