B1 to L1 status conversion help needed.
Hi Friends, Vijay here a new joinee to the group :) I am here on my B1 visa since last one month and have I94 valid till 01-Apr-06. I am going back to India by end of Mar-06. Meanwhile the company wants me to travel US again on L1 visa rather than on B1. Now, I am want to really find answers...- vijay_r_leo
