I got H1B this Oct 2008 and am planning to go to Mexico for stamping. I got the appointment on Nov 19. I heard recently that Mexican consulates are no longer honoring TCNs (Third country nationals). I also heard that the existing appointments will be accepted. Can you please comment on this?
I also need your advice in one issue. I recently got SSN and job. I have not yet received the pay stub from the emplyoyer (My first pay stub will come on 31st nov). In this scenario, can I go to Mexico for stamping? What documentation proofs do I need to carry? Can you please suggest?
