Hi I got H1B this Oct 2008 and am planning to go to Mexico for stamping. I got the appointment on Nov 19. I heard recently that Mexican consulates are no longer honoring TCNs (Third country nationals). I also heard that the existing appointments will be accepted. Can you please comment on this...
