H4 - H1 - H4 Conversion
Thank you for responding. I was referring to her H1B stamping which is valid till sep2007. If I change the visa to H4 do we need another stamping when we go outside US before this date? Will these multiple changes effect us anyway during the GC processing? regards Vj- vd1111

H1 Visa stamping
Hello, This january I changed my company and also got the H1B transferred. The new I-797 issued is valid till 2008. I am also holding a valid visa from my previous employer till November 2005.
