My wife sent an email for name check status on December 11th and got reply mentioning that her name check has been cleared on April 12th. But I sent an email on November 20th but no reply yet. Does this mean that my name check is pending?

I emailed on November 16th 2005 no reply yet. But my dependent emailed on December 20th 2005 got a reply back on April 6th 2005. So looks like even emails gets lost in their inbox. I emailed them back again on April 6th 2005. Lets see what happens.
