    What if I140 rejected after EAD issued Hi, I am preapring for the 485 file with I140 receipt. I don't know if in your case, what if I140 rejected later though you have the EAD issued? Your answer is appreciated. Tony

    Two I140 Pending and I-485 filing Hi, I have two I140 pending (one by myself, one by lawyer), and the lawyer is preparing the I-485 filing with one of the I140 receipt. My question is that what if the I140 I filed by myself got approved while I485 pending? Thanks! Tony007
