thanks... u think and immi lawyer would know the real answer to this question or can only a uscis officer determine that? i'd also like to hear opinions from vets like praetorian etc! ;-)

birth certificate confusion.. I had a name change a few years ago, and when I went to request my birth certificate they gave me the one with my new name on it.. should ur birth certificate be with the old name? and must birth certificates always be original or can it be a certified copy...
