My situation: H-1B 6th year expires in 10 months. I already did all recruitment ads but have not filed PERM yet. My question 1: I may file PERM soon to eatablish LC filing date a.s.a.p and then stay outside the U.S. to delay my H-1B exipiration date more than 365 days after the PERM filing...
