Iam a green card holder in USA w.e.f 27th Nov 2010. my wife and two daughters are planning to join me here on 5th April 2011 as immigrants.My visa is in the IV catagory F41. On the visa sheet it is printed as "upon endorcement serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent resident for 1 year" I have social security number and ID card. Now my mother is sick (Iam the only son) and for taking care of her, I want to be India for two years. I request you, how to procede in this matter and within what time I can travel and what are the charges for this.
