    After the fingerprinting

    FP done and FBI checked ? I did FP and is it I have to do FBI checked myself or this is automatically done. I am sure ..can anyone tell me about this ?

    I have a i-485 reciept and finger printing done. ( Those were done back in Sep\'2000). I donot     have EAD filed thru that company. I have joined another company now and have only 3 months left     in US. I have H1-B with this new company...

    has any one asked for refund of social security taxes

    No Title Yes you can !!! One friend of mine also had the same question about claiming SS Money. He told me about it needs atleast 10 years to be here to claim the SS money.
